Ex Stock Orders usually sent Same Day
Your order will usually be sent same business day if it is placed by 4 PM. We make every attempt to supply all goods from stock and achieve this stated aim in over 95% of orders

Item Is On Order or Backorder
If a product is not currently in stock in our warehouse and we have ordered the product from our supplier we expect to be able to ship your product soon. We will ship your item on the same day it is back into stock and update you on the status of your order via e-mail (If requested).

When should my order arrive?
Once your order has left our premises we expect it to arrive next delivery day. Orders placed Monday - Thursday we expect to arrive next day. For those items sent by Royal Mail we find Friday orders do not always get delivered on Saturday a.m. so we expect those to arrive Monday. Orders placed After 4pm Friday and before 4pm Monday are despatched on Monday and should be received by you on Tuesday. Please advise us within 3 days if your order has not been received. Unfortunately, 1st Class Royal Mail is not a guaranteed delivery service, so although the largest percentage of goods sent this way do arrive "next day" we have found in recent times that the percentage of items not arriving the next day has increased

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?
In this case we would either:- 

(1) Send those items in stock same day with the outstanding item being sent on the same day it came back into stock with us.

(2) Wait until all items were in stock and send together. 

(3) We only charge your card for those items that leave our premises

What information do you collect about me? How will you use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address. If ordering over the telephone your credit card number, and expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. For non UK orders, we generate an ordering page with the exct sum payable for your Order. Paying online via that page means that you do not give your card details and that the payment is processed securely online.

How does PROPRINT protect customer information?
All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access, both at our offices and at our hosting facility.

Will you disclose the personal data / information collected to outside parties?
We never give, rent, or sell your personal information to others. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information. Paying by Cheque or Money/Postal Orders
We glady accept personal cheques, business cheques, and money/Postal orders. Please note that we ship orders after a cheque clears. If you wish to pay via cheque or money order, make payable to PROPRINT. We will ship your order once payment is received and your cheque clears. Cheques must be in UK currency (British Pounds) drawn on a UK based Bank. Any other payment method must be agreed in advance with us

We also accept purchase orders! All Official Orders from Local - Education - Government Authorities sent or faxed with the Official Order Number clearly shown are accepted Purchase orders may require an additional day for verification. You will be sent an invoice with net 30 day terms once your order ships. Please note that PROPRINT reserves the right to require pre-payment on any purchase order at our discretion. Orders will only be charged or billed after they are ready in despatch waiting to be shipped. This includes backordered items.

Order Acceptance Policy

VAT - Value added Tax

UK Vat is applied and accounted for within all our prices the current rate is 20% The invoice you receive from us shall include that amount. Unless by prior agreement your delivery address allows us to supply goods exempt of the UK VAT.

Our preferred carrier for all small packets is the the Royal Mail 1st Class Postal Service. For larger/heavier boxes we use a Next Day Carrier service.

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days after your receive your order. However, you will need to first obtain an RMA number. Your replacement will be shipped to you once you call us and obtain an RMA number. You will not have to wait until we receive your defective product. We trust you to return your defective product in a timely manner!

Procedures for Returning and Exchanging Items
Please do not apply tape to any items that you are returning, as this may result in your return not meeting our resaleable criteria. It is pertinent that you place your RMA number on the address label or the outside of the package, as we will not accept any packages without one. In addition, please include a copy of your invoice and the reason with your return, and wrap the package securely.

Refunds generally take 2-3 weeks. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in re-saleable condition, as defined above. We also reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on returns that do not have an RMA number or received 21 days after an RMA number has been issued.
